Your Red Light first visit at Genesis Red Light is a 90-minute appointment at our clinic in Cedar Park, TX. You talk through your goals with John, get a private Styku 3D scan, spend 30 minutes lying under Contour Light® red light, finish with 10 minutes on a vibration plate, and leave with a plan. It costs $79, paid when you book.

How do I get ready?
For Red Light, it is the same before every session. CryoSlim is opening soon: join the wait list.
Whatever is comfortable on the way in. The light pads rest right on your skin, so in the private room you change down to your underwear (boxers or briefs for men).

We get everything ready for your first visit, so we ask for the $79 up front. It covers your whole first visit. Your $79 is charged once when you tap Book. No subscription.
You can use your FSA or HSA card, same as any card. Check with your plan about what it covers.
Red light: no. The light feels warm and soothing, and you lie still the whole time. There is no downtime, so you can drive yourself home or go straight back to work.
CryoSlim: heat, then cold, as the applicator moves. The team walks you through how it feels at your first visit.
Yes. For Red Light, please hold off if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a liver condition such as fatty liver, or have active cancer or finished cancer treatment within the last 12 months. For any other health question, call the desk before you book.

Most clients continue with a custom 4–8 week program. You see the options and the cost in person, no pressure. Programs mean coming in twice a week for 4 to 8 weeks. Payment plans and CareCredit available.
No. At the end of your visit you see what a program would look like for you and what it costs. You decide, then or later.
First visits are booked at least a day ahead, so you have time to get ready. First visits: Monday to Friday, daytime, by appointment. Saturdays are for current clients. Hours and first-visit times.
Yes. Each person needs their own first visit, so each of you books a time. Text the desk if you want your times close together.
