“This was my 1st time doing something ever like this other than exercise and diet but I was a bit skeptical at first but I did lose 3 inches on my 1st treatment! … I'm excited to go through the program and see the final results. I really enjoyed the red light session. It was so relaxing with spa like music playing as well. It was a great time to unplug and relax. I also liked how they did a thorough body analysis of where I am currently at as far as health and body composition. They gave me some advice on how to improve on those areas at home in addition to the treatments. Everything was customized to my body analysis. No overselling but they only recommend what you need. The whole staff was very pleasant and friendly. I look forward to coming back for my 2nd treatment!”
